I am currently completing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary’s University. I also have a master’s degree in Education and have previously worked with children and families as a teacher and as an Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Service (ARMHS) provider. My work is grounded in a strengths-based and systemic approach.
I believe we are made up of many parts that are all working to keep us safe and connected. I am passionate about helping people explore those parts and how they came to be, and gain insight into how they impact us in relationships, parenting, and daily life.
