I am passionate about working with those who have experienced betrayal trauma, sexual addiction, substance abuse, and families that are affected by addiction. I work with people that are struggling with anxiety, boundaries, codependency, self-esteem, and core beliefs. I truly desire to help people discover who they were created to be and live life to the fullest.

Working with adult individuals who are seeking a Christian perspective to whatever challenges they are facing is my main focus. In addition to providing therapy services, I also provide psychological testing and evaluations of all kinds, including (but not limited to) specific learning disabilities, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, personality, and vocational/career interests.

I am Hatsie Lamb, a licensed Professional Counselor and Supervising Counselor. I began working in the mental health field as the Executive Director of the Mental Health Association of Mobile, Alabama. I was an educator and advocate for persons with mental health issues for ten years. During that time, I went back to school and got my Master's degree in counseling and I have been a counselor for 24 years. I've worked in mental health centers, employee assistance programs, child protective services and private practice settings. I currently work as an online counselor for BetterHelp.

I specialize in working with adolescents and families who have experienced trauma. I have been trained in child-centered play therapy including sand tray therapy. My counseling style is an eclectic approach blending Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, play therapy, and Client-Centered therapy. I also have advocacy experience in helping families locate and utilize resources necessary for helping them get back on their feet after experiencing trauma.
