I have ten years of experience providing a broad range of one-on-one therapy, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction recovery counseling. Within these areas are often other emotional and behavioral issues--ADHD, self-esteem, spirituality, and sexuality. I’m gratified by working with clients from all walks of life and apply an Internal Family Systems approach that focuses on moving clients away from self-medicating and escapism into more productive lifestyles.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Montevallo in 2013 and obtained my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama in 2015.
