With decades of experiences learning the best techniques available, I am now certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in Brain Spotting with advanced training in both modalities to treat trauma, anxiety, and depression. An individualized plan, using the best techniques for you will be applied. EMDR and Brain Spotting are research based. Both techniques have the potential to heal the brain and body from post traumatic stress. Most clients say, "I don't understand how this works, but I know I feel better!"
