By the time an individual or couple walks into a counseling office, they are usually in enough discomfort with their current reality that they are ready to work towards something new. I want to join with clients to identify what is not working, the source of their discomfort, and help set them up for and walk with them into successful healing, change and overall health.

These issues and others (stress, job loss, divorce/relationship issues, health issues, etc.) may make life seem unbearable or unmanageable. But it doesn’t have to be. I believe there is hope and a path to healing for you.
