My name is Sarah, and I’m a counselor. My husband and I founded Sanctuary Counseling and Wellness with the idea that a sanctuary represents a place of retreat and rest. I believe that in order to process and work through the difficult things that are a part of our stories, we have to feel safe. Many of us may logically know we are safe, but we may not have FELT safe. It is my goal that at Sanctuary you will feel a sense of peace and emotional safety, which will lead to the ability to be yourself and start working on living the life you were born to live.
