As a trauma-informed therapist, I address trauma, PTSD, and Complex PTSD using Narrative Focused trauma intervention, EMDR, ART, and MESE. I am also trained as an 'Unwanted Guide' to help people find freedom from unwanted sexual behaviors that lead to shame and self-contempt.

I have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, emotional abuse, and sexual abuse.
