I am a highly skilled counselor with six (6) years of expertise in identifying and treating mental health and emotional problems. Skilled in counseling individuals, groups, and families to bring awareness of problems and develop action plans. We, as human beings, crave connection and intimacy in our lives. We want to be seen, understood, and appreciated in our relationships with ourselves, the people we love, and the people who love us. Sex and sexuality are often at the root of these connections. Our perceptions of sex and sexuality are fluid and naturally change as we go through life. Communication surrounding consent, affection, sexuality, and intimacy is often avoided due to the taboo nature of sex. At Fluidity Counseling, we strive to provide a safe place to navigate through the shame and stigma that can accompany these conversations.

Most people are experiencing normal reactions to unusual stress or situations in their lives, past or present. My approaches support working through issues, and building stronger skills for meeting any additional challenges. These can include traditional and mind-body-spirit techniques, including NLP, time-line therapy, rational thinking, meditative and relaxation methods, and overall support for the journey. I work with individuals, parent-child issues, couples, and blended family relationships. Looking to change negative or challenging aspects of your life? Trauma, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and recent life changes are just a few examples of daily ups and downs that everyone can struggle with from time to time. How to begin making any changes can be hard and/or overwhelming but you and I will work together to develop approaches that work to solve or manage these challenges.
