My ideal client would be someone who struggles with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, poor self- worth and low self-confidence. Some of the struggles stem from childhood issues and/or trauma. The client’s goals are to increase self-confidence, learn to love self and cope and deal with areas of life that causes depression and anxiety so that they can better achieve goals in life.

I am a licensed and nationally certified counselor in Alabama with over 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in providing direct and indirect mental health and behavioral counseling for children, teens and adults with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, community violence, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes.
