I am grateful for your consideration of my services. For 23 years I have been working with Adults, Adolescents and Couples. I provide Christian/Faith-Based Therapy when a client requests. Rapport is crucial to the therapy process. I strive to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, and comfortable setting for each person I am fortunate to visit with. I am ever thankful for the remarkable, brave and determined individuals from whom I have learned so much. Walking difficult paths with others' is both an honor and deeply humbling.

I have worked with children and their families who are going through the divorce process for over twenty years. I have worked with families who are in extreme conflict and counsel the children, provided co-parenting to the parents and parental coordination post-divorce to the families.

I'm NOT accepting new clients currently. I echo these words from Dr. Brené Brown: "When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new ending." I enjoy working as a team with my clients to create new endings through understanding personal narratives, pin-pointing sources blocking growth, and identifying steps towards achieving desired outcomes. This may cause us to feel stuck and wondering why we can't do the things that we know, think, and feel would be helpful? Unhealthy coping behaviors may cause a person to feel stuck and wonder why they aren't progressing. Unfortunately, we continue to use these skills in ways that are no longer beneficial and eventually cause harm to our functioning.
