My focus is on your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and how we can get them in a healthy pattern. If you're interested in some clinical language, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Schema-Focused Therapy, and Afrikan-Centered Psychotherapy, supported by a cultural competency orientation.
