Compulsive Internet Use

This is a group of people who want to free themselves from compulsive internet use. We discuss strategies for managing triggers as well as explore the roots of our internet use. We also share the nature of our internet use. This can be very challenging and there can be a lot of shame in this. Therefore we have a very understanding and compassionate environment. However, we have found that it is an important part of recovery to share the things that we have kept secret for so long. Doing so dispels our and helps us accept and embrace who we are.
