I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been working with people for over 15 years, from children to seniors, who suffer from depression, anxiety, traumas, eating disorders, social phobias, relational issues and any other issues caused by work-related stress
I have also consulted on issues related to parenting, marital problems, domestic violence, and caring for elderly parents. My main modalities include client-centered therapy and attachment therapy as well as cognitive behavioral therapy.
