Client comfort is my top priority. I believe growth happens best when we feel safe, seen and secure. My therapeutic style is influenced by anti-racist theory and queer studies. I work within a disability friendly, body positive, poly/kink affirming, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and anti-racist framework. And, as a neurodivergent clinician, I strive to create an environment that is welcoming for all neurotypes.
I work with individuals and families, ages 10+. I believe in reducing the separation of physical and mental wellbeing to help each of my clients thrive holistically. I received my Master's degree from University of Michigan, and have additional training in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT and MI. I use aspects of each of these modalities to tailor treatment to your goals.
