As a somatic practitioner, I work with individuals struggling with everything from life to death and beyond. My approach aims to support clients in exploring and discovering their authentic whole selves, needs and desires to navigate a path towards fulfillment while encouraging connection to self, body and others. I incorporate a mind/body approach that is accessible to all peoples based on the neurobiology of trauma, drawing from a variety of wisdom and modalities to best support the client. My ultimate goal is to support clients in transforming their relationship to self and others into a fully lived experience.
My specialties include neuro-affirming care for neurodivergent folk, chronic illness/pain, grief and loss, and somatic integration/acceptance. I empower clients to discover their innate inner wisdom, enabling them to live fully authentic lives while holding a decolonization and socially just lens which supports acceptance through externalizing shame.
I am passionate about supporting clients in exploring and discovering their authentic whole selves, needs & desires to navigate a path towards fulfillment while encouraging connection to self, body and others. Being human is messy and imperfect, and navigating the challenges of life can be difficult, but gets easier when you don't have to go through it alone
