I utilize EMDR, DBT, CBT, IFS, and mindfulness strategies that are proven to be effective. I specialize in EMDR and trauma focused therapy, to help people who are struggling with wounds from their childhood to move on from past painful experiences, as well as have coping tools to utilize when feeling overwhelmed or sad.
