If you are a trans/nonbinary/gender diverse person and late diagnosed or self-identified Autistic, ADHDer, or AuDHDer looking for individual or relationship therapy, I would love to work with you! I also provide neurodivergent affirming, non-pathologizing, and strengths-based Autism and ADHD Assessments. Some issues you may be needing help with are: healing from autistic burnout, unmasking, figuring out your needs and accommodations, navigating mixed neurotype relationships, and recovering from medical/mental health trauma. You have NOT been doing therapy wrong and are not broken...you just need a therapist who gets you!
I specialize in assessments and therapy that are Autistic & ADHD affirming, gender and sexuality affirming, and supportive of all relationship types. I am kink/BDSM friendly, on the asexual spectrum, and fat inclusive (HAES).
I have lived experience as a queer, nonbinary, AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD), and disabled/chronically ill person, and I have worked with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples (primarily ones who are consensually non-monogamous) for over 10 years.
