We all feel a little lost sometimes and just don’t know where to go from here, how to make our dreams a reality, how to feel fulfilled, how to have a purpose.
My goal is to help you take control of your life and support you in your journey in a supportive, accepting environment. I take a client-centered approach and draw on varied methods and my years of experience to create a plan that works for you.
Life can be unpredictable and challenging, but you don’t have to struggle through it alone. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to help them make long-lasting changes in their lives. Counseling is about finding the route that leads you to your best self and getting the support you need in the process. Depression, anxiety, and stress can prevent you from being your true self and finding the joy you want.
