My goal is to help you feel important, special & supported. I work really hard to create a safe & comfortable space for you to share all of life's most difficult hurdles without fear of judgement or criticism. I will work alongside you & meet you right where you are, no matter how difficult, uncertain, or ugly you think that place is.
I specifically work with individuals who have anxiety about ALL the things of daily life. I work with those who struggle to navigate staying in the present due to recycling through the past or spiraling the infinite outcomes of the future. I also focus work on Women's Issues, Self Esteem, and ADHD (both in children and adults).
Mental health is about finding balance, meaning & fulfilment in the life we choose to live. Let me help you find those things through our work together. I'm here to validate that self care is not selfish & you are important. Together we can define skills to help slow down the anxiety spiral, focus the inattentiveness, & increase your positive view of self.
