As an anxiety specialist, I have years of experience helping adults overcome their stressors & better manage their feelings. Perinatal and postpartum anxiety and mood disorders are main issues that I treat in my work with younger adults. Adjustment, relationship, and phase of life issues are the focus of my work with older adults.
