I have experience working in community-based settings with diverse populations including adolescents, veterans, parents and many other individuals of different races, ethnicities and cultural backgrounds.
As a therapist, I use an integrated approach with emphasis on (but not limited to) strength-based, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral theories and techniques. I view therapy as a team approach, to make sense of the past, create change for the future, set goals and build skills to enhance your quality of life.
