Starting therapy can be daunting and is one of the most courageous journeys that an individual can embark on. To be vulnerable, to be uncomfortable, to be authentic, is terrifying, but necessary for personal growth. My expertise is working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ related issues, mood regulation, trauma and adjustment disorders.
I earned my master's degree at Idaho State University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have spent time working with individuals and families. I enjoy working with clients who are open to the process. I utilize an eclectic style of therapeutic techniques including: Adlerian, Existential, Gestalt, Trauma Focused CBT, Attachment based and ACT.
My role in the therapeutic alliance is to assist my clients in harnessing their own empowerment and providing a non-judgmental, empathetic, and patient environment necessary for personal growth. My focus is to assist you in better understanding yourself and giving you the tools that you need to lead a life that fulfills you and aligns with your values.
