Relationships are a constant in our lives, and the relationship with oneself is central to them all. Relationship dissatisfaction and the desire to better understand what is causing it, leads people to my office. I frequently work with individuals and couples who are considering significant changes and want support through the transition and creation of their new realities. I also work children ages 10+. My clients are those who are interested in navigating relational changes and co-parenting with skill, integrity and mutuality. I welcome the opportunity to support you in creating the future you desire.
My work is trauma informed, person-centered, cognitively oriented, solution-focused, and deeply rooted in the theory that the earliest relationships with primary caregivers form the blueprint for how individuals view themselves, behave in relationships and how they parent. My treatment approach is tailored to the unique experiences of each individual.
Harville Hendrix said, "We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship." My passion is supporting clients who are in the midst of relational transition, build secure functioning relationships with themselves and all of the systems they are part of.
