Coming from a crisis/stabilization background, I have skills and knowledge to help you tackle just about anything life is throwing your way. I particularly enjoy working with (but not limited to) anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, and depression. I believe the brain knows how to heal itself; I'm excited to help you step into your own wisdom.
