As a dedicated child and adolescent therapist with two years of experience working with youth in the foster care system, I offer a compassionate and personalized approach to therapy. Understanding the unique challenges these children face, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where they can feel heard and supported. I have extensive experience in play therapy, providing a creative outlet for children to express and process their emotions.I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, utilizing methodologies such as play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ect.
As a child and adolescent therapist with expertise in play therapy, CBT, DBT, MI, and substance use, I hold a SUD certification. Being SUD certified, allows me to effectively support adolescents grappling with substance use addiction. My work also includes helping children with ADHD and ADD, as well as addressing the profound impacts of trauma.
My goal is to foster resilience and promote healing, guiding children and adolescents on their paths to well-being and growth. With empathy at the core of my practice, I am dedicated to helping them navigate their challenges and build brighter futures.
