My style of psychotherapy, is client center, holistic approach in treating the body, mind and spirit.
My approach with clients is to provide an honest, confidential and safe space for clients to start their healing journey. Using a strength based approach, I focus sessions on empowering, coaching, and learning effective coping skills to manage life stressors. I have experience using CBT, EMDR, Holistic and ACT therapy.
