I love to work with teens, young adults, and couples. My clients work with me on things like transitioning out of adolescence, exploring identity, handling academic and social issues, reducing anxiety, social phobia, depression, and managing ADHD, PTSD, and relationship issues. I also enjoy creating a safe space for clients coming from a Muslim background. With couples, I draw on Gottman Method techniques to increase emotional connection and communication.
