Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad, experiencing mood swings, anger, anxiety? Are you struggling with transitions, do you feel disconnected from your emotions and from individuals around you? Have you experienced birth related trauma or having challenges in your relationships? I provide support to individuals, families, couples and groups for mental and emotional health issues such as anxiety, depression, self esteem, life transitions, grief and trauma. I enjoy working with children and adolescents and their families as well as with women experiencing a variety of conditions, including postpartum mood disorders.
By integrating techniques from multiple evidence based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Strength Based-Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Family Systems and Play Therapy, in addition to trauma informed interventions I am able to tailor sessions to each client’s strengths and needs.
My holistic and integrative approach to therapy challenges my clients to actively pursue change. My aim is to meet clients where they are in their journeys and to create a supportive path to healing and empowerment. I strive to provide a nurturing environment in order to facilitate a full, integrative healing experience and offer you care and compassion.
