I hold doctorate degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Social Work. I am currently licensed in state of Florida. I have worked within a variety of settings with diverse individuals providing me with numerous and valuable experiences. My specialty is working with clients who are struggling with stress, depression, trauma, self-harm, anger, autism, low self-esteem, self-image, and women issues.
I utilize a combination of approaches in my work with clients. I utilize trauma-informed therapy, expressive art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion regulation therapy, mindfulness, gestalt and other approaches.
My goal is to help the client to express their emotions, their thought process, learn ways to articulate the emotional pain that they are experiencing, learn ways to manage their stressors, find a sense of balance and achieve a healthier/happier living.
