We are a group psychology practice specializing in evidence-based care for a wide range of emotional and behavior conditions at different stages of life. Our work with children and adolescents focuses on accurate identification of the issues facilitated by science-backed methods and engagement of families and parents for their valuable input and support. We also offer individual, couples, and family therapy for a variety of issues seen in adulthood – relationship issues, depression, anxiety, difficulty handling conflicts, parent-child issues and others.
Our goal in working with any client or family system is to understand their unique needs, provide a time and place where these needs can be discussed in a safe and confidential way, and ultimately, to help individuals and families respond to their psychological needs in a healthy, balanced way.
Therapeutic modalities utilized by our clinicians include CBT, DBT, ACT, biofeedback, schema therapy, family systems, and functional behavior analysis. We always strive to match the clients’ needs to the clinician with the most appropriate background and experience. Brief phone consultations can be arranged. In-person services are available.
