Wherever you are in your journey in life, let’s take the journey together in achieving your goal of a life full of peace, happiness, and self-awareness. I’m a licensed therapist committed to helping individuals in understanding how their past experiences have shaped their current life. However, these experiences do not need to define your future. It is never too late to start the journey to the life you envisioned for yourself.
I have 30 years of experience working in the Social Service field with individuals, families, couples, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, severe emotional conflicts, mood disorders, addictions, and interpersonal relationship conflicts. My approach to therapy is both collaborative and- client-centered.
You will feel respected and heard when meeting with me. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, races, genders, sexual orientations, and family structures. I listen without judgment, provide a safe space and I am passionate about helping you meet your personal goals. Meeting only via telehealth and all clients must reside in Massachusetts.
