I have years of experience helping couples, families, adolescents, and adults find strength within and build upon their own resilience and overcome emotional, mental, and relationship challenges. I'm also experienced working with cultural awareness, first and second generational children of immigrant parents.
My training includes but is not limited to addictions with co-occurring disorders, anger management, trauma-focused, grief work, parenting, parts-work, postpartum impact on mother and child, as well as nature therapy. I am currently employed by The Place Within.
