I help motivated stressed and anxious adults with strategies to move forward in life. If you have tried to make the changes on your own with little or no success, I can provide tools for you to make progressive changes, which works for many of my clients. I support people in discovering more about themselves and unveiling previously hidden negative patterns so that they can begin to have more control over their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I use a number of strategies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist you.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relational, and solution focused principles and specialize in helping you quickly identify your core sources of anxiety, fear, pain, loneliness, and relational challenges and help you develop workable solutions to manage or resolve these issues.
I can provide an objective, empathetic environment for you to explore and clarify your issues. I am available for face to face, phone, or video counseling and specialize in using effective principles to help you understand and manage anxiety and relational concerns. I will collaborate with you in developing a workable plan of action to manage these areas.
