I’ve been in the behavioral health field for 14 years. Many of my clients are dealing with common, everyday life struggles,and I am able to quickly get to the root issue and guide them in their search for the best solution for themselves. I provide a peaceful, safe, collaborative environment that promotes hope, laughter, and healing to individuals, couples, and families looking to find solace and understanding in their lives.
I focus on marriage and family issues, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, LGBTQ, foster and adoption, religious and spiritual trauma, spirituality, behavioral problems, and other systemic issues. I help the individual to focus on their strengths, be empowered, and help them move forward in self-confidence and self-esteem. I see ages 8+.
My practice philosophy is that you are the expert of your own life and I help you in working on goals towards the next step, whatever that may be. My clients report that they feel understood and they have gained a sense of purpose and clarity. My office hours are by appointment and flexible.
