I also work very closely with clients in Ministry, Emergency Services, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Nurses, and Teachers. I work on a sliding scale as well for those who choose or use the self-pay route.

I utilize an all-encompassing approach to therapy that is somatic, and mindfulness informed. I believe that therapy is a collaboration between the client and the therapist. I want to create an environment that is safe, nurturing, that is open and authentic; where the client can be seen with unconditional positive regard and receptiveness. An even better way to look at it is that while working with a client I understand that they are doing the best they can with the tools they have.
