Angie Gillespie is a Board Certified Mental Health Counselor specializing in issues of anxiety and depression with adults and adolescents. Angie believes it is important to give people an opportunity to share their struggles in a safe, supportive space so they can become a better, healthier version of themselves. I have been in private practice as a licensed clinical social work. since 1989. I have a master's degree from Tulane University where I served on the advisory board for the School of Social Work. I was a consultant at the Master's and Johnson Sexual Trauma Unit in New Orleans, trained in critical incident debriefing, and served as a divorce and custody mediator for the courts in Louisiana. I enjoy working with adults both individually and as couples. I enjoy helping people find patterns that no longer work for them and teaching new strategies for coping and growing.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in helping those who struggle with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, and trauma. I have a Master's Degree from The University of Mississippi in Counselor Education with a focus on Community Mental Health Counseling, and received my Bachelor's Degree in History from Mississippi State University. Outside of the counseling setting I enjoy exercising, baking, and spending time with my family as well as my dogs.

After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 1996, Kris began his career working with Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. He earned his Masters Degree in Counselor Education in 2001, and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2008. Since then Kris has worked in Inpatient Psychiatric and Outpatient Settings. He has received training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TFCBT) for children, the Gottman Method Level 2 for Couples Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).

I enjoy helping others who live with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, anger, challenging relationships, and have experienced trauma find practical strategies to enhance their lives. I also enjoy helping people process life events and changes. I am passionate about encouraging others as they break through challenges in their lives while spotlighting hope along the way.  One of my greatest joys as a counselor is watching someone recognize hope and realize their own progress.
