Growing up is a challenge for most, but for kids & young adults who deal with these issues, life may seem overwhelming specially those who are defiant, disrespectful, who feel entitled or are resistant to counseling. Our goal is to teach them the essential skills in coping, problem solving, communication, organization, studying, socializing, etc.

When long-term therapy is needed, techniques will vary from Rogerian,Gestalt and Existential approaches on an individualized basis.
