I am a trauma-informed and autism-informed therapist who can provide a safe space to process pains of the past and can help alleviate suffering. My specialization is in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, adult Neurodiversity and conflict resolution within interpersonal relationships. Through my agency I also provide adult ASD and/or ADHD assessments.
My clinical work has been with addiction, trauma recovery, domestic violence, anger management, & neurodivergent individual and couples therapy. My legal background has been in family law mediation and special education advocacy. I also provide mediation services for separation, divorce and parenting agreements.
