Welcome. My name is Adrienne (She/Her) and I am a holistic, trauma informed clinician. I work with individuals who are in need of support, understanding, and a path through difficult times.
I specialize in creating a safe place for individuals to explore and heal anxiety, depression, anger, family conflict, grief and loss. I can also support in managing symptoms specific to trauma and victimization such as shame, guilt, panic, flashbacks, and emotional/physical pain. Together we can identify your goals and create a plan to attain them.
