Having worked in the criminal justice arena for over 20 years, I understand the challenges with being exposed to frequently traumatic incidents as part of the demands of a profession. Many of these incidents can have a significant, perhaps crippling, impact on psychological and physical wellness as well as the relationships with their friends and family.
These experiences often present us with the challenges of marriage and relationship struggles, parenting issues, questions of faith and spirituality, or financial uncertainty. The holistic, wellness-oriented approach uses a variety of evidence-based modalities to help you reduce suffering and build mental strength.
