NOTE: Full/Waitlisting. I'm a Gestalt & Certified Gottman Therapist, specialized in couples therapy. I help both individuals & couples explore barriers to connection, processing underlying trauma and/or loss. Together, we seek insight on issues related to boundaries, dishonesty, anger, confidence, culture, sexuality, depression, anxiety, etc. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for open communication so we can focus on deeper unmet needs. It's each individual's choice to lean into difficulty to create more meaning and intimacy, and I want to help you do this in healthy ways.
With couples, I utilize an intensive assessment model that identifies core issues and treatment plan within 3-sessions. My approach is "here-and-now", teaching clients skills to increase their self care and deepen their relationships. Couples talk to each other in front of me so I can offer support as I notice their conflict dynamics arise.
I know the decision of who to enter therapy with is difficult. Please read more about me on my website and do not hesitate to email with your questions. I tend to have a waitlist, but when full, I am open to providing just the Gottman assessment and consulting (in accordance with my fees) with other couples therapists who don't apply that Method.
