I have experience working with individuals dealing with trauma, death and dying and mental illness.
Life is unpredictable and when it throws us a curveball, we are often not prepared for the challenges that come along with it. I believe that we all have the tools to manage these challenges but also understands that when in a crisis, these tools aren’t easily recognized or utilized.
