My name is Adrienne Devine, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I use positive psychology and CBT practices to work with each individual to help them find their own inner strengths. I know that it can be difficult to view life through a more positive and healthier lens and that this work can at times be a vulnerable and intimidating process. I feel it’s important to take your lead and support you in your own work, allowing for flexibility while we work toward your goals.
In therapy, I work to cultivate and provide a safe, non-judgmental, and shared therapy space. I will support you while working to challenge any outdated thinking patterns, beliefs, and/or habits. I will help you to move toward a more true and self-honoring balance in your life.
