I help people who’ve discovered that they have outgrown their lives find the most authentic versions of themselves. With over 20 years of experience working with people in transitions, I love serving as a compassionate guide for those who are negotiating various struggles such as existential crisis and spiritual awakening, which may arise during divorce, new parenthood, job loss/change, grief/loss, sexual orientation or identity confusion, or other phase of life issues.
I am warm & accepting, but practical & solution-focused, using humor, creativity and gentle confrontation.
