Hi, I am Adrianna. I earned my doctorate in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Integrated Behavioral Health from New Mexico State University. I completed my doctoral internship at Penn State University’s Counseling & Psychological Services. I am currently pre-licensed and under the supervision of Dr. Christine Marston, PhD. I treat my clients with empathy and flexibility, so they feel heard and understood. Using Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help my clients get relief from their symptoms and foster meaningful change.
I specialize in working with teens, college students, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, body image concerns, ADHD, identity exploration, and conflicts in relationships.
