EMDR trained and accepting new clients! I have vast experience working with trauma as well as a variety of different issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, body image issues, and more. Therapy is a commitment to yourself and that is a commitment I strive to honor by helping you achieve your goals. As clients, you are in control and I encourage you to utilize your voice.
I believe that one of the most important aspects of this work is meeting clients where they are at and honoring their voices as to what they feel is troubling them most at this present point in time. I also utilize many different interventions such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and more.
Providing empathy and support, while empowering individuals to strive for better overall functioning is important to incorporate into each session. It is of high importance to me that my clients feel comfortable and that my office is a safe space for anyone receiving services.
