Do you struggle with feeling overwhelmed, lack purpose, are ready to meet everyone else's needs and then neglect your own? I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, compassion, warmth and humor to help promote psychological flexibility and resilience. In our therapeutic journey together, I place a strong emphasis on the concept of psychological flexibility—an integral aspect of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Psychological flexibility involves the ability to adapt to life's challenges, make room for uncomfortable emotions, and consciously choose actions that align with your values.

My strengths are in assisting those overwhelmed by life and who may feel lost or trapped and find it challenging to prioritize themselves. I work best with people who are motivated for change but maybe do not know where to start. Through therapy you can navigate challenges in different ways, discover inner strengths and achieve a greater sense of balance.
