I will offer you practical interventions to feel better. I provide collaborative therapy with an emphasis on emotion and connection. I am down-to-earth, relatable, and it's my priority that you or your loved one feel cared for. I work with children: 3rd grade and older, adolescents, adults throughout the life span, couples and families.
