As a trauma informed clinician, I specialize in working with adults by incorporating various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to guide my clients towards healing and restoring meaning to their lives.
I have worked with a myriad of individuals ranging in age and background. I provide bilingual services in Spanish and English.
