I am also an avid believer in empowering individuals to feel self-sufficient through the process of recognizing your own strengths, allowing those strengths to expand and grow, and gain tools that you will be able to internalize and apply outside of our sessions to help you with your everyday life.
Supporting clients in managing anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, and domestic violence/conflict. I specialize in Motivational Interviewing and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. Supporting clients in skill building, such as communication and problem solving, to help manage symptoms and get your needs met.
